Apple Fitness+ has introduced new enhancements to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now offers additional features, bonus content, and special guest workouts.
A highlight of the recent update includes the introduction of multi-week programs aimed at boosting motivation. Users can access new Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes that progressively increase in intensity over time, facilitating a gradual improvement in fitness levels.
For instance, individuals can participate in the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program, combining 20-minute workouts from these two popular categories on Fitness+. Additionally, there is the opportunity to engage in the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan, encouraging users to incorporate Yoga into their exercise routines regularly.
An appealing option for those looking to kickstart their fitness journey is the “Make your Fitness Comeback” program. This four-week plan integrates Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts, with three sessions per week, each lasting just 10 minutes. Each week’s routine builds upon the previous one to support users in their fitness progression.
In addition to these program updates, Fitness+ will feature new episodes of Time to Walk, showcasing personalities such as Spice Girl Mel B, actor Penn Badgley, and actress Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series will also return with themed workout playlists dedicated to renowned music artists, including Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter KAROL G.
Moreover, Fitness+ will offer guest workouts from lifestyle and fitness influencer Allie Bennett, as well as dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. Users can access the content on various devices like iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with the capability to enhance features using Apple Watch or AirPods Pro to monitor heart rate and calorie expenditure.
Apple Fitness+ is accessible for £9.99 per month or £79.99 annually.
