Dell has made a significant decision to reintroduce its renowned XPS brand after facing backlash for discontinuing it a year ago. The company acknowledged its error and responded to feedback from both reviewers and customers. The revamped Windows 11 laptops showcase a fresh design, featuring premium materials like aluminum and Gorilla Glass 3 for durability and a sophisticated appearance.
The new XPS models boast a redesigned keyboard for enhanced stability, a seamless glass touchpad, and improved portability with reduced weight and thickness. Dell’s latest laptops, the XPS 14 and XPS 16, are now the thinnest in the company’s lineup, measuring just 14.6mm. These laptops come equipped with Intel’s latest Ultra processors for increased speed, graphics performance, and efficiency, supported by a redesigned thermal system for optimal temperature control.
Intel Arc graphics with 12 cores offer a 50% performance boost over previous generations, while the high-density 900ED cells provide up to 27 hours of battery life on a single charge. The devices also feature edge-to-edge touch displays, Dolby Atmos speakers, and a variety of ports for connectivity. Dell unveiled the new XPS models at CES 2026, emphasizing their premium design, powerful performance, stunning displays, and long-lasting battery life tailored for on-the-go use.
