Venezuela Fury recently shared how her boyfriend was apprehensive about seeking her father, Tyson Fury’s, approval to propose marriage to her during her sweet 16 celebration. Noah, her boyfriend, knelt down to propose after obtaining permission from the former heavyweight champion boxer.
Despite Venezuela’s initial surprise, she happily accepted Noah’s proposal and later discovered that he was quite nervous and had “palpitations” before approaching her father. In an interview with The Sun’s Fabulous magazine, she mentioned that it was a nerve-wracking experience for Noah to talk to her dad, considering his reputation.
Noah, who also pursues boxing, found common ground with Tyson Fury in that aspect, according to Venezuela. Meanwhile, Venezuela’s mother, Paris, expressed her belief that Tyson Fury would be emotional on the wedding day, foreseeing him being sentimental when giving away their daughter.
Paris mentioned that she had a feeling Noah would propose before he formally sought permission. She emphasized the importance of the traditional gesture of seeking approval before proposing, drawing from her own experience when Tyson asked her father for permission to propose.
Venezuela, known for her appearance on the Netflix show At Home With The Furys, disclosed that she is yet to meet Noah’s family who reside a few hours away. She indicated that they are postponing wedding plans until they have the chance to meet each other’s families and are undecided on their future living arrangements post-marriage.
