Sussex Police confirmed that Hayler, residing in West Sussex, faces charges of three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against a minor. The alleged offenses are said to have taken place between June and October 2016 when Hayler was still married to Price, although they officially divorced in 2021 following a separation in 2018.
Hayler’s legal representative has stated that he denies all allegations and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation, expressing confidence in the legal system to clear his name.
