The popular TV show, BBC’s latest dance competition, has returned with an exciting lineup of new contestants. Among the notable participants are Emmerdale actor Lewis Cope, TV personality Vicky Pattison, singer La Voix from RuPaul’s Drag Race UK 2024, and Love Island star Amber Davies. Amber replaced Dani Dyer, who had to withdraw due to an ankle injury.
Body language expert Darren Stanton has raised concerns about the chemistry between EastEnders actress Balvinder Sopal and her dance partner Julian Caillon on the show. Darren suggested that their lack of connection might lead to an early exit from the competition.
Darren noted that while Balvinder and Julian have a good relationship, they lack the same level of compatibility and rehearsed routines as other couples. If they fail to strengthen their bond, their struggle may become increasingly evident compared to their competitors.
Despite finding themselves in the bottom two for the second consecutive week, Balvinder and Julian managed to secure their spot for Icons Week through a close judge’s decision. The pair is now gearing up for their upcoming performance and have been diligently training for their next dance routine.
Julian recently shared a video on Instagram showcasing their dance routine to the tune of Destiny’s Child’s “Survivor,” expressing their determination to overcome challenges. The upcoming episode of Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturday at 6.55pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
