Hulk Hogan, the WWE legend who passed away in July, has excluded his estranged daughter Brooke from his will, as per the legal documents obtained by Us Weekly. The will, which detailed assets worth nearly $5 million, did not name Brooke as a beneficiary, a decision she made voluntarily.
Brooke clarified that she had requested to be removed from the will in 2023 due to concerns about potential financial disputes after Hulk’s death. The will had been revised four times, with the latest change made in 2023. The disclosed assets included $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, and an estimated $4 million from his right to publicity, while his real estate holdings were not specified.
Nick Hogan, Hulk’s son, emerged as the sole heir to his father’s estate. Speculation arose that the undisclosed $11 million real estate assets might be under a trust’s control. Hulk, who died at 71 from a heart attack, had a strained relationship with Brooke in his final years, with Brooke mentioning that she distanced herself from him during that period.
In addition to the assets she forfeited by opting out of the will, there is a potential undisclosed sum linked to a medical malpractice lawsuit concerning Hulk’s widow, Melanie Sky Daily, who believes a neck surgery complication contributed to Hulk’s passing. Nick has taken legal action to prevent Todd Clem, also known as Bubba The Love Sponge, from releasing a documentary on Hulk, centered around a 2012 scandal involving a leaked sex tape.
Following a lawsuit against Todd, a court ruled in Todd’s favor but with restrictions on certain tape images. Brooke confirmed Hulk did not hold Todd accountable for the leak, citing his belief back in 2012 that Todd was not responsible. She expressed sadness over the situation but expressed relief that she could be present now.
