The deaths of a social media influencer and her teenage daughter in Rio de Janeiro remain shrouded in mystery.
Lidiane Lorenço, aged 33, and her 15-year-old daughter Miana Sophya were discovered deceased in their residence in Barra da Tijuca, located in the southwestern part of the city, on October 10. Lidiane had relocated to Rio a few years back to pursue medical studies and engage in modeling and social media influencing. Miana had moved from São Paulo, where she attended the EEB Irmã Irene school, to reside with her mother in Rio.
Shortly after the discovery of their bodies, local authorities informed G1 that “A forensic examination conducted at the scene did not reveal any signs of assault.”
