“Prince Andrew’s Email to Epstein Revealed in Court Docs”

Must read

In a recently disclosed email, Prince Andrew reached out to Jeffrey Epstein shortly after the latter’s release from prison for child prostitution. The email, dated April 15, 2010, hinted at a potential meeting in New York later that year for a catch-up session, as revealed in court documents.

Despite Prince Charles starting the process of stripping Andrew of his royal titles and evicting him from the Royal Lodge mansion, the email exchange between Andrew and Epstein continued. The two were even photographed together in Central Park just eight months after the email in question, with Andrew later claiming that this meeting marked the end of their friendship.

The email exchange, part of unsealed court documents from a 2023 legal dispute involving the US Virgin Islands and JP Morgan over Epstein’s financial affairs, also involved discussions about meeting with a former JP Morgan executive in London. Andrew expressed interest but cited travel plans that would prevent an immediate meeting.

Epstein forwarded Andrew’s email to the executive, Jes Staley, who later faced consequences for misleading financial authorities regarding his ties to Epstein. In a subsequent interview, Prince Andrew acknowledged that visiting Epstein in New York was a mistake but emphasized his intention to terminate their relationship in person.

The controversy surrounding Andrew’s association with Epstein, along with allegations made by Virginia Giuffre, have placed considerable strain on the royal family. Despite denying the accusations, Andrew has been stripped of his royal titles and will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, relocating from the Royal Lodge to a private residence on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.
