“Vicious Killer Apprehended near Clifton Suspension Bridge”

Must read

A vicious murderer has been apprehended for dismembering his victims and discarding their body parts near the well-known Clifton Suspension Bridge.

Yostin Andres Mosquera, a porn actor aged 35, gruesomely killed Alberto Alfonso, 62, by slashing his throat during a filmed sex act in Shepherd’s Bush, West London, on July 8 last year. Prior to that, he fatally attacked Alfonso’s partner, Paul Longworth, 71, with a hammer and later tried to rob them.

Mosquera, a Colombian national, had been residing at the couple’s residence. Subsequently, he decapitated and dismembered them, preserving their heads in a freezer and transporting the rest of the remains to Bristol in suitcases.

He attempted to flee when staff at the bridge noticed a suspicious leak from one of the suitcases he was carrying. Mosquera was arrested at Bristol Temple Meads railway station after claiming the suitcases contained car parts to a passerby.

During the trial, Prosecutor Deanna Heer KC stated that Mosquera had premeditated both murders to facilitate theft, using a hammer on Longworth and a knife on Alfonso.

Describing the filmed murder of Alfonso, Heer mentioned that Mosquera waited until the sexual act began before perpetrating the crime. Following the murders, Mosquera callously danced naked as Alfonso bled out.

Mosquera was sentenced to 40 years and 264 days in Woolwich Crown Court by Mr. Justice Bennathan, who condemned the murders as calculated and heinous. Additionally, Mosquera pleaded guilty to child pornography charges before sentencing.
