Lenovo has launched a new tablet, the Tab Plus Gen 2, to challenge Apple’s iPad dominance in the market. Featuring a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision visuals, the Tab Plus Gen 2 offers a striking visual experience.
One unique feature of the Tab Plus Gen 2 is its circular speaker powered by JBL technology, which can also function as a Bluetooth speaker with Dolby Atmos audio support. Additionally, the tablet includes a built-in kickstand that can rotate 360 degrees for landscape and portrait viewing modes, as well as serving as a carry handle for enhanced portability.
Under the hood, the Tab Plus Gen 2 boasts a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, a large 10,200mAh battery with fast charging capabilities, and 128GB of storage that can be expanded using an SD Card. Priced at £369 on Lenovo’s website, the Tab Plus Gen 2 offers a competitive alternative to Apple’s iPad lineup, which starts at £429 and goes up to £749 for the improved Air model.
