“Deadly Israeli airstrikes in Gaza escalate tensions”

At least 104 individuals, including 24 children, have tragically lost their lives following the directive of Benjamin Netanyahu to conduct airstrikes on Gaza last night. Amidst escalating tensions, an independent UN investigator criticized world nations for failing to challenge the US’s sanctions on her related to Gaza issues. The investigator highlighted the unlawful nature of the sanctions and emphasized the need for concrete actions to address human rights abuses in the region.

The situation in Gaza remains volatile as Israel continues its military actions following alleged violations by Hamas. The fragile ceasefire is under strain, with international mediators working to prevent a collapse in the peace agreement.
