Liverpool recently shone brightly as actor and comedian John Thomson, known for his role in Cold Feet, led a glamorous charity gala that raised an impressive £250,000 for various causes in the North West. The event, orchestrated by John Morley, CEO of Liverpool’s Legacie developer, marked the launch of the Legacie Foundation, a new charitable arm dedicated to supporting local community, education, and social initiatives.
The charity gala was graced by notable personalities such as Liverpool FC icon Ian Rush, Wrexham player Conor Coady, and former Reds striker Fabio Borini, who joined forces with prominent figures from the city’s business community for a night filled with entertainment and fundraising activities.
Attendees enjoyed a special live performance by iconic 90s band The Lightning Seeds, enhancing the vibrant ambiance of the venue.
