Paris Saint-Germain’s talented player Ousmane Dembele expressed his desire for his former club teammate Kylian Mbappe to achieve the prestigious Ballon d’Or award. Mbappe and Dembele were once colleagues at PSG before Mbappe moved to Real Madrid a year later.
Dembele faced challenges in his first season at PSG but significantly improved after Mbappe’s departure. His consistent scoring record has significantly contributed to Les Bleus’ success, with their qualification for the upcoming tournament likely if they secure a victory against Ukraine.
Mbappe, who was the top scorer at the 2022 World Cup, continues to impress as he gears up to face Barcelona in the upcoming Clasico match for Real Madrid. His coach, Xabi Alonso, commended Mbappe’s form and emphasized his importance in the team’s success, highlighting the collective effort to enhance the team’s performance.
