An individual known as Brahim Kaddour-Cherif, a sex offender, was mistakenly released from a high-security prison in London last week. Kaddour-Cherif, 24 years old, had been serving time for trespass with intent to steal and has a history of sexual offenses. Authorities are currently conducting urgent investigations to locate and return him to custody.

In a separate incident, Hadush Kebatu, a 38-year-old convicted sex offender, was mistakenly released from HMP Chelmsford in Essex. Kebatu, an Ethiopian national, had been serving a 12-month jail sentence for sexual assaults before being apprehended in a north London park after spending three days at large.
